Deepwater Point provides 1,000 feet of undeveloped frontage on East Grand Traverse Bay, including critical wetlands and other dynamic habitats. The shore is beautiful and rustic, making it a nice stop for kayakers touring East Bay. The shore is also only a short walk from the parking area, making it a great place to explore on foot or enjoy a quiet day at the beach. The 17-acre property also includes trails that meander through mesic northern forest and aging pine plantation. Walking distance from Oak Shore Commons, this natural amenity will be closer to the TART Trail System with planned improvements soon to be announced.
